She also worked for the State Department and the Department of Housing and Urban Development where she served as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing. Molly was a member of 2004 Sea Island Summit (G8) staff and served as White House staff in connection with the US-EU Summit in Ireland and the Special Summit of the Americas in Monterrey, Mexico.
